We aim to respond as soon as possible. For urgent danger or suspected crime, contact local emergency services first.
Account Deletion
You can delete your Pinglo account in the app from Settings → Delete account and local data. This removes the account stored on your device and locally stored posts, chats, saved items, reports and rewards. For synced Apple/Google accounts, Pinglo also sends a verified backend deletion request. If you need help, email support@pingloapp.com.
Public Reports and Synced Posts
Pinglo reports may be synced online and shown in the shared feed so other users can discover possible lost/found matches. Do not publish private details, full addresses, phone numbers, documents, banking details, passwords, or anything sensitive in a public report.
Return Protocol
- Start a claim from the item detail screen.
- Complete verification before sharing sensitive information.
- Use private proof photos only when needed for verification.
- Confirm return in app to close the flow and update trust/rewards.
Safe Handoff
- Meet in public places.
- Do not share banking details.
- Do not upload passports, IDs, full addresses, or highly sensitive documents.
Abuse Handling
- Use Report for scams, harassment, or suspicious content.
- Use Block user to immediately stop interaction.
